Crepulja Indicted for Crimes in Kakanj
The Zenica Cantonal Court confirms an indictment against Ivo Crepulja, who is charged with crimes in Kakanj in 1993.

Crepulja, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with having killed a minor person in 1993.
According to the charges, on October 16, 1993 Crepulja, who was dressed in camouflage uniform and armed with an automatic gun, approached a group of people and began provoking them without any cause and then opened a burst of fire at them, killing one minor civilian.
A plea hearing will be scheduled at a later stage.
