Dusko Solesa Pleads not Guilty

Former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, Dusko Solesa appears before the Cantonal Court in Bihac and pleads not guilty to the charges that he raped one person in September 1992.

Solesa pleaded not guilty to the allegations that he raped a female in Bihac municipality in September 1992.

Solesa, who was arrested in the Banja Luka area in November last year, will defend himself while at liberty, because there was no reason to extend his detention.

The trial of Solesa is due to begin within the next 60 days.
