Andrun was sentenced in August 2008 to 18 years in prison. The case against him was renewed in October this year after the Bosnian Constitutional court brought down the verdict for wrong application of criminal code.

On Monday, January 27, the retrial of Drazen Mikulic for crimes in Dretelj camp in Capljina will start before the Appeals chamber of the Bosnian Court. Mikulic was sentenced to six years in prison under the first instance verdict, which was quashed.

On Friday, January 31, Esed Kocic, Miralem Colic, Fikret Mrkonjic and Mirza Dedic will give their plea to charges for crimes in Banovici.
On that same day, a status conference will take place before the start of trial to Vitomir Rackovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad in 1992.

On Tuesday, January 28 Azem Ibrovic, Enes Maksumic and Jusuf Hindic will give their plea to charges of crimes against civilians in Jablanica.
On that same day, the closing arguments of the Prosecution in the case Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic for crimes in Bratunac in 1992 will be given.

On Wednesday, a status conference in the case of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic will take place before the Appeals chamber. Under first instance verdict, all three men were found guilty of crimes in Krajina, but this verdict was quashed.

On Wednesday, January 29, a hearing will take place in the case of Savo Tepic, Dusko Vujicic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic charged with crimes in Kotor Varos. The Bosnian Court did not reveal what is planned for this hearing.

On Monday new Defence witnesses are due to testify at the trials of Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic, who are charged with crimes in Prijedor in 1992, and Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago, who are indicted for murders in Trusina village.

The trial of Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is charged with crimes in Srebrenica, and Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic for crimes in Visegrad are planned for Tuesday. On that same day the Defence is due to continue presenting evidence at the trial of Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, who are charged with crimes in Dretelj detention camp.

On Wednesday the trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, will continue.

A day later, the trial of Nihad Bojadzic for crimes in Jablanica will continue, as will the trials of Dzevad Salcin and Nedzad Hodzic for crimes in Igman and Hosip Tolic for crimes in Odzak and Bosanski Brod.

Finally, on Friday, January 31, trials continue in the case against Ibro Macic, who is charged with abusing civilians in Konjic, as well as Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Hariz Habibovic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Kahro Vejzovic, who are charged with crimes in Kladanj.
