Indictee Drunk
The District Court in Eastern Sarajevo decides to postpone the continuation of the trial for crimes in Rogatica after the Trial Chamber Chairwoman determined that indictee Vojo Motika was not capable of following the trial, because he was visibly drunk.

“The man cannot stand on his feet. He can neither sit nor follow the trial,” said Trial Chamber Chairwoman Zinaida Husic.
The Trial Chamber scheduled the continuation of the trial for November 4, when eight Defence witnesses will be examined.
According to the charges, Dragisa Cacic, Milenko Cacic and Vojo Motika, former members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, killed one person and wounded a child in the vicinity of Starcici village in Rogatica on August 8, 1992.
