On Wednesday, October 23, closing arguments will be presented at the trial of Dragicevic, who is tried for abuse, robbery and rape in the Grbavica, Vraca and Kovacici settlements in Sarajevo.

On the same day, the Appeals Chamber of the Bosnian State Court will hear the closing arguments in the defences of Nisvet Gasal, Musajb Kukavica and Senad Dautovic. In 2011, Gasal was sentenced to 6, Dautovic to 13 years in prison for crimes in Bugojno, while Kukavica was acquitted of all charges, but this verdict was quashed.

The presentation of closing arguments before the Appeals chamber is scheduled at the retrial of Milan Peric, Spasoje Doder, Predrag Terzic and Aleksandar Cerovina on Tuesday, October 22. All four men were acquitted of Kalinovik crimes charges.

The Defence of Zeljko Jukic, who is being tried for crimes in Prozor, will present material evidence on Thursday, October 24. At the trial for crimes in Kotor Varos – for which former Territorial Defence members Fikret Planincic, Rasim Lisancic, Sead Menzil and Mirsad Vatrac are charged – the State Prosecution will present additional evidence.

On Monday and Tuesday, the trial of Savo Babic for crimes in Bratunac will hear testimonies from five new Prosecution witnesses.
On Tuesday, new Defence witnesses will testify at the trials of Edin Dzeko for crimes in Trusina and Jablanica, and Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic for crimes in Visegrad.

On the same day the trials of Najdan Mladjenovic and Sasa Zivkovic for crimes in Bratunac will resume, as will the trial of Oliver Krsmanovic for crimes in Visegrad, and Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic for crimes in Dretelj.

Veselko and Ivo Raguz’s trial for crimes in Stolac and Capljina will continue on Wednesday, as will the trial of Zemir Kovacevic for crimes in Bosanski Brod.

On that day, Milun Kornjaca, is scheduled to appear in the courtroom too.
