The former member of Western Bosnia Autonomous Region forces is suspected of having killed a captured member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina and wounded another in 1995.
“He is charged with having shot Ekrem Baltic, who had previously surrendered and dropped his weapons, from an automatic gun after having captured two members of the 505th Knights Brigade with the Fifth Corps in the Kumarica region on March 6, 1995,” Cantonal Prosecutor Jasmin Mesic said.
Mujagic physically abused Nisvet Cordic, the other member of the Brigade, wounded him and forced him to crawl.
The Cantonal Prosecution says that the investigation is in its final stage and that an indictment will be filed soon.
While being examined by the Prosecutor, Mujagic defended himself with silence.
