The two indictees are banned from leaving their place of residence. Pantelic has been ordered into home custody, while Tasic is allowed to move within a restricted area only.

As announced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the competent police station will visit indictee Pantelic once a day, while indictee Tasic is ordered to report to the police station three times a week.

In addition, the indictees are banned from travelling. Their travel documents have been temporarily confiscated. The Court prohibited the issuance of new travel documents for the indictees, as well as the use of the personal identification card for crossing the Bosnia and Herzegovina state borders.

Also, they are banned from contacting, meeting or associating, in any way, including coming closer than 50 metres from the other suspects in this case, witnesses and persons, who have any type of information about these events.

The prohibiting measures may last as long as there is a need for them. The Court will check their justifiability every two months.

Pantelic and Tasic were ordered into custody in September last year.

Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic, as well as Predrag Milisavljevic, are charged with having participated in the murders, forcible resettlement of people, detention, torture, forced disappearances and other inhumane acts in Visegrad.

According to the State Prosecution’s charges, Milisavljevic and Pantelic participated in the murder of several tens of Bosniak civilians near the Paklenik pit, while Milisavljevic was allegedly the first person, who began shooting the captives.

The indictment alleges that Milisavljevic and Pantelic were former members of the reserve police forces in Visegrad, while Tasic was a member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS. They allegedly committed the crimes in the period from April to June 1992.

Predrag Milisavljevic has been held in custody since June 22 last year.
