The District Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina proposed as witness a person who before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has the status of protected witness. The Chamber, however, has still did not make a decision about this.

Radojkovic is charged, as commander of the platoon of the Special Police Brigade of Republika Srpska, with opening a burst of gunfire together with other platoon members on between six and seven Bosniaks who were intending to surrender on the Bratunac-Konjevic Polje road. One person was wounded at the time.

The indictment specifies that the wounded individual was left to lie in a ditch by the road unattended, and Radojkovic returned several hours later to the scene and finished him off by firing a shot from a rifle.

The trial was scheduled to resume on May 17.
