I plead not guilty to each count contained in the indictment, indictee Vojo Motika said. The two other indictees said the same.
Dragisa and Milenko Cacic pleaded not guilty to the charges for crimes in Rogatica a few days ago.
Considering the fact that the indictees pleaded not guilty, their trial will begin in the coming period.
The District Prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo has charged Dragisa and Milenko Cacic, as well as Vojo Motika, former members of the Army in Rogatica, with having killed civilian Dz.M., wounded one child and having tortured another in August 1992.
