It was agreed the trial will start on March 26.

The trial of the two former members of the Bosnian Army started in November 2012, but the trial will start again because the Chairman of the Trial chamber was changed.

The President of the Elementary Court in Brcko named Sanja Evic to be the Chairwoman of the Trial Chamber in this case, after the Defence teams asked for Judge Nebojsa Savic to be removed.

Prosecutor Radmilo Ivanovic said at the status conference that the Prosecution will question five victims, three witnesses and two experts.

The lawyers of Tatarevic and Omazic said the defences will present their evidence at a later stage.

Tatarevic is charged with crimes against civilians, for alleged abuse of Bosnian Serb prisoners, while Omazic is charged as a military policeman of abusing prisoners of war.

Both men are defending themselves while at liberty and Omazic did not attend this status conference because of his poor health.
