“Having reviewed the submitted evidentiary material, the Court found that there is grounded suspicion that Vulic committed the criminal offence. The Court ordered Vulic into custody because of the circumstances that suggest the risk of flight,” said the State Court.

The State Prosecution suspects Vulic of killing three Bosniak men in Dretelj camp on July 14, 1993. At that time he was a member of the Military police of the Croatian Defence Council in Capljina.

Vulic was arrested by members of the Stat Investigation and Protection Agency.

The decision on the proposal will be reached at a later stage.
