Stricevic is charged as a former member of the Republika Srpska police reserve forces of killing three prisoners in June 1992 with Obraf Ozegovic and Milutin Babic, former members of the RS Army.
After villagers from Jasenovac apprehended Mustafa Cikota, Emsud Smailovic and Sadko Burnic on June 28, 1992, Slavko Stricevic also known as Svabo – physically abused them during interrogation, hitting them with fists to their heads, reads the indictment.
After Sadko Burnic fell to the ground from the force of the blows, the indictment continues, Ozegovic stepped near him and killed him from his rifle. Ozegovic and Babic are not available to the prosecution.
According to the indictment, Stricevic ordered the other two prisoners to put the body in a tractor and together with Babic took them to the Dervisaeva jama pit and killed them.
To cover up the crime, the bodies of the prisoners were thrown into a 20 metre-deep pit, claims the indictment of the Cantonal Prosecution in Bihac.
