According to the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mladjenovic is suspected of taking part in the murder of Bosniak civilians in the villages of Glogova and Hrnac, near the town of Bratunac, on May 9, 1992.

Following the arrest, Mladjenovic will be turned over to the Bosnian prosecution, which will question him and decide whether to request that he remains in custody.

In July 2005, the Hague Tribunal, ICTY, sentenced Miroslav Deronjic, former president of the Crisis Headquarters for the municipality of Bratunac, to ten years of prison for ordering Serb forces to “attack and partially incinerate the village of Glogova”.

The ICTY verdict states that during the attack, 65 Bosniak civilians from the village were killed and their houses, private property and the mosque were destroyed. Additionally, a substantial portion of Glogova was razed to the ground.
