Dzevad Muratbegovic, prosecutor for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, entered around a hundred exhibits into evidence which he did not present in the courtroom, but only submitted them to the Trial Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina along with a list.

The Prosecutor pointed out that the first exhibit is the map of the municipality of Cajnice, and the last one a piece of information from the Cajnice police station related to defendant Milorad Zivkovic.

Slavisa Prodanovic, lawyer of defendant Zivkovic, said that of the 287 exhibits that the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina entered into evidence at this and previous trials he does not object to 48 items, while the rest, in his opinion, are not relevant.

The Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina charged Zivkovic, together with Dusko Tadic and Milun Kornjaca with the expulsion of Bosniaks from the territory of Cajnice, and the murder of 11 civilians on May 19, 1992, at Mostina.

The indictment specified that Kornjaca was a former commander of the paramilitary unit Blue Eagles, Tadic was former member of this unit, and Zivkovic former head of the Cajnice Public Security Station and member of the Crisis Headquarters for the municipality of Cajnice.

Defendant Kornjaca did not attend this session, along with the previous two, because the Trial Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not receive the medical report on his health condition.

Darko Samardzic, the presiding judge of the Trial Chamber, said that on Friday, March 9, that a doctor would be summoned in order to discuss Kornjaca’s health condition.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not finish its evidence hearing with entering exhibits into evidence, because they announced that they would call one other witness, but the examination requires a medical opinion – whether the witness is fit to testify or not.

At the next hearing, scheduled for March 12, there will be a status conference where the dynamics of the Defence’s evidence hearing will be arranged.A.S.
