Local Justice Tendzeric and Stanic: A Not Guilty Plea
Radivoje Tendzeric and Dragoslav Stanic appear before the District Court in Banja Luka and plead not guilty to the charges that they committed war crimes against the civilian population.

The District Prosecution’s indictment alleges that Tendzeric and Stanic killed the Sabanovic married couple in Gradiska on July 27, 1993.
Tendzeric and Stanic came by car to the Sabanovic married couple’s house and broke the door open. They found the married couple in the kitchen. They started physically abusing them immediately. At some stage they cut the injured parties on their neck area with a blade, causing them severe bodily injuries, the indictment alleges.
According to the charges, following the murder, Tendzeric and Stanic set the married couple Sabanovic’s house on fire.
The two indictees have been held in custody since October this year. G.O.
