“The Court has determined that the existence of a grounded suspicion that the suspect committed the crime of which he is suspected. The Court has ordered the suspect into custody, because it has determined that there is a danger that he may flee and fear that, if released to liberty, he would interfere with the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses and accomplices,” the State Court’s decision says.
