Local Justice – Banja Luka: Tendzeric and Stanic Ordered into Custody
The District Court in Banja Luka orders the one-month custody for Radivoje Tendzeric and Dragoslav Stanic, who are suspected of war crimes against the civilian population.

Tendzeric and Stanic are suspected of having killed the Sabanovic couple in Gradiska area in 1993.
Unofficial data suggests that Tendzeric was arrested in Gradiska on October 20, while Stanic was brought from the Penal and Correctional Facility in Doboj, where he was serving a sentence for another crime.
Milutin Djordjevic, Defence attorney of Tendzeric, said that there were no grounds for ordering his client into custody, adding that he would therefore appeal the decision rendered by the Banja Luka District Court.
