On Wednesday, September 14 Drazen Mikulic is due to appear before the Court. The indictment alleges that Mikulic, former member of military police with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with abusing Bosniak civilians in Dretelj.
 
On that same day the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to present its closing statement in the case of Nisvet Gasal, Musajb Kukavica and Senad Dautovic, who are charged with crimes in Bugojno.
 
On Tuesday, September 13 the Defence is due to continue presenting its closing statement at the trial of Momir Pelemis and Slavko Peric for genocide in Srebrenica.
 
A pre-trial status conference in the case of Albina Terzic is scheduled for Friday, September 16. Terzic, former member of military police with HVO, is charged with having treated Serb civilians, who were held in detention in Odzak in 1992, in an inhumane manner.
 
On Tuesday next week new witnesses are due to appear at the trials of Milan Peric, Spasoje Doder, Predrag Terzic and Aleksandar Cerovina, who are charged with crimes in Kalinovik, and Bozidar Kuvelja, as well as Dragan Neskovic and Zoran Ilic, who are indicted for genocide and other crimes in Srebrenica.
 
The retrial of Suljo Karajic, who is charged with crimes committed in the Bihac area, is due to continue on that same day.
 
On Wednesday the trials are due to continue in the case of Ljubisa Vranjes and Mladen Milic for crimes in Kotor-Varos and Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes committed in Bosnian Krajina.
 
The trials of Zeljko Ivanovic for genocide in Srebrenica, Eso Macic, who is charged with crimes committed in Konjic, and Ratko Dronjak, who is charged with crimes in Drvar, are due to continue on Thursday.
