Ivan Stjepanovic, former member of the Reconnaissance Squad with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with having committed murder, inhumane treatment, robbery and the pillaging of property in Bijela, Cerik and Bukvik villages, Brcko municipality, from June 1992 to September 1994. In order to maintain the continuity of the trial, the Prosecution included photographs, taken in 2010, in the case file at this hearing.
