Crnogorac, a former member of the First Company with the Jahorina Training Center of the Special Police Brigade with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, MUP RS, is charged with having participated in the search of Bosniak houses in Budak village, near Potocari, on July 12, 1995 with the aim of gathering people and taking them to the UN Base in Potocari.

The indictment further alleges that on July 13, 1995, Crnogorac participated in the capture of several thousand Bosniak men and personally shot between five and seven prisoners on that same evening.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, arrested Crnogorac in the Banja Luka area on November 15, 2010. Following the arrest, he was ordered into one-month custody.

Crnogorac was originally suspected of having committed genocide.

Dusko Jevic, Mendeljev Djuric, Goran Markovic and Nedjo Ikonic, former members of the Training Center on Mount Jahorina, are on trial before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on charges of participating in genocide committed in Srebrenica.

Milivoje Cirkovic, another former member of that same unit, admitted guilt in September 2010. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

The trial of Dragan Neskovic and Zoran Ilic, former members of the same Center who are charged with having participated in the capture and murder of men in July 1995, is expected to begin soon before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
