The indictment charges the former member of the Public Safety Station in Ilijas with killing a civilian and wounding three people in the village of Gornja Bioca on May 29, 1992, acting in collaboration with about 10 members of the First Serbian Ilijas Brigade.

He is also charged with having participated, together with members of the Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina army and police, in the unlawful arrest and detention of Bosniak civilians in a school building in Gornja Bioca on May 31.

Pustivuk was arrested on July 13 and has been held in custody since then. The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment on July 30.

His trial should begin within 90 days.
