Testifying at the trial of two former members of the Bosnian Serb Army, defense witness Zoran Jovanovic said the Sixth Battalion of the Zvornicka Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army did not receive an order to accept captives from Srebrenica in July 1995. One of the defendants, Ostoja Stanisic, was the commander of the Zvornicka Brigade.

At todays hearing of the Goran Saric trial, a protected witness known as SG-6 said Saric gave a speech to his unit before they departed for Srebrenica in the summer of 1995.

A defence witness told the trial of Ratko Mladic that criminals from outside the area committed crimes against Bosniaks and Croats in 1992 in Sanski Most, not the Bosnian Serb Army.

Several days of testimony by Milenko Jevdjevic, a former officer of the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS), have come to a close. Jevdjevic is testifying at the trial of former VRS commander Ratko Mladic at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
