At the trial of Drazen Mikulic, who is charged with crimes in Dretelj detention camp, Capljina municipality, first State Prosecution witness says that the indictee used to beat and abuse detainee Enver Grebovic.

Presenting their introductory arguments at the trial for crimes in the Srebrenik area, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina says that witnesses will prove that indictees Zurahid Mujcinovic and Sulejman Hrustic are guilty, while the Defence says that the indictment is "unfounded".

The examination of the first Prosecution witnesses at the trial of Eso Macic, who is charged with crimes committed in the Celebici detention camp in Konjic, was interrupted when the Defence asked the Trial Chamber Chairwoman to recuse herself.

The trial for crimes committed in Konjic municipality in 1992 and 1993 has begun with the presentation of introductory arguments by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Defence.

The Defence attorneys for four indictees charged with crimes committed in Zvornik presented their closing arguments at the end of the retrial, contending that the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina had not proved the charges beyond a reasonable doubt and that their clients should be acquitted of all charges.

30. June 2010.
The Appeals Chamber of the Hague Tribunal has terminated the appellate proceedings against Rasim Delic, former Commander of the Main Headquarters of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ARBiH, who died on April 16, 2010. The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, ICTY, decided that the first instance verdict, sentencing Rasim Delic to three years in prison for crimes committed in Central Bosnia, will be final.
