After months spent in custody and years spent on trial, some indictees were however pronounced not guilty of war crimes. They are trying to live a “normal” life again, but say that the trial took a part of their life and that it cannot be forgotten.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files an indictment against a policeman from Kupres charged with unlawfully killing a wounded enemy in November 1994. Stipe Zulj, a former member of the Special Police forces with the Police Department in Livno of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the former Croatian Community of Herceg-Bosna, is charged with having killed a member of "enemy forces" in Olovo village, Kupres Municipality, on November 3, 1994.
