Nine former Bosnian Serb soldiers and policemen went on trial for a series of charges related to the capture, abuse and murder of scores of Bosniak civilians near Prijedor in 1992.
Slobodan Taranjac, Miodrag Glusac, Ranko Babic, Ranko Dosenovic, Marinko Prastalo, Rade Zekanovic, Zdravko Panic, Trivo Vukic and Milan Vukic went on trial on Monday at the state court in Sarajevo, accused of participating in a joint criminal enterprise in the Prijedor area from July 27 to 30, 1992.
