The Bosnian State Court has ordered Frane Vulic, suspected of crimes in Dretelj camp in 1993, into one-month custody. Pursuant to the Decision, the custody may last until 7 March 2013.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms an indictment against Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic, charging them with crimes in Prijedor municipality in 1992.
7. December 2012.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina requested that Velemir Djuric and Dragomir Soldat, arrested under suspicion of committing a crime in Prijedor, be remanded in custody.
