At the trial for crimes in Stolac and Capljina, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina presents material evidence, which indicate that indictees Veselko and Ivo Raguz were members of the Knez Domagoj Brigade with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO as of July 1992. The Defence of the first indictee objected to the authenticity of these documents.

A State Prosecution witness, who testifies at the trial for crimes in Stolac and Capljina, has changed his statement completely, saying that it is not true that detainees were transported to the Kostana hospital as per an order issued by indictee Veselko Raguz.
