Construction of a new building for the Zenica-Doboj Cantonal Prosecution will begin next year in order to provide it with better working conditions. The building costs to the amount of KM 3.2 million will be financed from the European Accession Funds.

The War Crimes Department of the Cantonal Prosecutors Office in Zenica believes they achieved exceptional results last year, despite problems such as a lack of prosecutors and inadequate working space.

Representatives of the OSCE Mission, judicial authorities and NGOs met in Zenica on Thursday to discuss the establishment of a support network for victims who testify as witnesses in war crimes cases in Zenica-Doboj Canton.
