The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a motion, requesting two-month extension of custody for Miroslav Krajisnik, former Commander of the Kosevo Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is suspected of crimes in Sarajevo. The Defence objects to the motion. The Court will render its decision at a later stage.

The continuation of trial for crimes in the municipality of Srebrenik is postponed after one of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina witnesses failed to appear at the hearing.

A hearing related to a request for a new trial in the case of Predrag Bastah has been postponed, because the Defence was not able to specify the reasons for such request.

After a revised indictment was presented and all proposals for additional Prosecution and Defence evidence declined, the presentation of evidence at the trial of three indictees, who are charged with crimes against the Croat population in Bugojno, was completed.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has again postponed its decision about a guilt admission agreement for crimes committed in Bugojno, concluded between indictee Enes Handzic and the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the trial of four indictees charged with crimes committed against Bosnian Croats in Bugojno, the Court rejects the Prosecution's proposal to include in the case file a statement given by Selmo Cikotic, Bosnia's former justice minister, to the Hague Tribunal in 2004.

The Trial Chamber renders a decision to include the indictment against Milorad Trbic filed in the USA, where he was arrested, as evidence in this case.
