The Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms a first instance verdict, under which Darko Dolic was acquitted of the charges for crimes in Prozor in 1993. The Appellate Chamber rejected an appeal filed by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and confirmed the first instance verdict, pronounced in April 2011, acquitting Dolic of the charges that he raped three females in the summer of 1993.

4. November 2010.
At the trial of Darko Dolic for war crimes committed in Prozor, the Defence presented a list of visitors who attended a hearing as evidence, claiming that the list showed that witnesses were being "controlled".


23. September 2010.
Testifying at the trial for crimes committed in Prozor, a Defence witness said she found out that the two soldiers who mistreated, beat and robbed Druzinovici village residents were called Darko Dolic and Calis, but she did not say what Calis' first name was.

At the request of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Court orders a one-month custody for Darko Dolic, suspected of crimes against civilians committed in the Prozor area.
