At the trial for crimes committed in Bugojno, a witness testifies in defence of Senad Dautovic and says that as far as he knew none of the Croat civilians with whom he stayed in a building held by the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina had been detained or arrested.


7. July 2010.
A defence witness at the trial of Enes Handzic said that the only person who could issue decisions on the release of detainees was the assistant commander for security, the position held by the accused in the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ARBiH.

Senad Alkic, former Assistant Commander for Operational Affairs with the 307th Motorized Brigade of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, says Croat detainees were held in various buildings in Bugojno, but the issue was not discussed at Brigade management meetings.

Edin Corhusic, testifying for the Defence of the third indictee at the trial for crimes committed against Croats from Bugojno, says that Enes Handzic issued warrants ordering people to be apprehended and held in detention camps.

On the second day of his testimony at the trial of four indictees charged with crimes committed in Bugojno, Selmo Cikotic says he conceded responsibility for prisoners-of-war to the civil authorities in Bugojno, "as per an instruction issued by General Rasim Delic".
