“He took me into the house and stripped me naked. He started hitting me. I cried and he grabbed my head and hit it against the wall. He took me into the room upstairs and then raped me”, said one woman from Babin potok near Visegrad, about what happened to her in June 1992.

Testifying at the trial of Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, a State Prosecution witness says that all women, children and the elderly, who were present in Meho Aljic’s house in Bikavac in June 1992, were set on fire.


9. March 2012.
Prosecution witness OK-7 says at the trial of Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, that she saw the shooting of men on the Drina River banks in the spring of 1992 and her neighbours being taken away from Dusce village.

4. March 2012.
A protected witness of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that she saw the indictee Oliver Krsmanovic when men were taken away from the “Varda” factory in Visegrad, as well as near the house where people were burned alive in the summer of 1992. The witness OK-7 said that she lived in Dusce and that from the balcony of her house she saw when Milan Lukic, the indictee Krmsanovic and some other men came to the “Varda” factory.
