Edina Residovic, the defense attorney of Nihad Bojadzic continued presenting her closing statement as the trial against Bojadzic and four other former Bosniak fighters comes to a close.
During the first day of closing statements in the trial of five former Bosnian Army soldiers, Nihad Bojadzics defense attorney described what she perceived to be irregularities in the trial. Bojadzic and others have been charged with war crimes in Trusina, in the municipality of Konjic.
Presenting its closing statements, the defense of Nedzad Hodzic asked the trial chamber to discontinue its proceedings against Hodzic, due to his poor mental health.
