Testifying at the trial for crimes against the Bosniak population from Visegrad, a Defence witness says that separated men stayed in a bus in Rogatica, while others, who escorted the convoy of Bosniaks, including indictee Milos Pantelic, went back.

At the trial for the crimes against civilians from Visegrad, a witness for the defence said that an unknown person in Sokolac told them that men of fighting age could proceed to Tuzla.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in the Visegrad area, Nijaz Smajic, an expert in fire arms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, MUP, of Sarajevo Canton, says that bullet capsules found in Paklenik pit, Sokolac municipality, were fired from at least seven different types of fire arms.

A State Prosecution witness says at the trial for crimes in Visegrad that she saw indictee Ljubomir Tasic, known as Ljupko, in the vicinity of the location, where women, children and the elderly left the buses, while, according to the charges, men were taken to Paklenik pit and killed.
