The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, requests the Court to pronounce Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic guilty of crimes in Dretelj. The Defence of Ivan Zelenika calls for a verdict of release.

In its appeal against a verdict pronounced by the Mostar Cantonal Court the Federal Prosecution requests the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, FBiH, pronounces longer sentences against Mijo Banovic and Gojko Granic for crimes against civilians in Dretelj, while the Defence requests the acquittal of the two indictees or a retrial.

Presenting its closing statement, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, points out that indictees Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic were members of a joint criminal enterprise on the territory of Herzegovina.

The presentation of evidence at the trial for crimes in Dretelj, near Capljina, has been completed with the examination of an additional Srecko Hercegs Defence witness.

After court medicine experts determined that indictee Ivan Ancic was capable of standing trial, the Prosecution requests custody measures and the issuance of a warrant.

The Appellate Camber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, partially quashes a verdict, under which Veselko and Ivo Raguz were acquitted of charges for crimes in the Stolac and Capljina area.

An additional witness of Edib Buljubasic, who is charged with crimes in Dretelj, near Capljina, denies having been superior and issued orders to the indictee.

At the trial for crimes in Dretelj, near Capljina, the State Prosecution presents additional material evidence. After that the Defence of the indictees request that additional witnesses be examined.

The State Prosecution files an indictment against Ibro Turajlic, known as Zelo, charging him with crimes in Capljina municipality in 1992.

The Trial Chamber has again granted the request of Edib Buljubasic, charged with crimes committed in Dretelj near Capljina, who asked for the dismissal of his attorney.
