The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has charged Milan Trisic with crimes against humanity in the Bratunac area in 1992. Trisic has been accused of having participated in persecution of the Bosniak civilian population from the village of Hranca and the town of Bratunac, by committing murders, unlawful detention, taking people to detention camps, forcible disappearances, torture and other inhumane acts, during a widespread and systematic attack by the Republika Srpska Police and Army, VRS, in the period between April and October 1992.

2. December 2019.
Former Bosnian Serb Army soldier Tadija Mitrovic was charged with crimes against humanity for killing a Bosniak civilian during an attack on a village in the Bratunac area in May 1992. The Bosnian state prosecution said on Monday that it has issued an indictment charging ex-soldier Tadija Mitrovic with participating in the persecution of the Bosniak civilian population during a widespread and systematic attack by the Bosnian Serb Army and police in the Bratunac area during wartime.

The Bosnian court rejected wartime fighter Sasa Cvetkovic’s appeal against his conviction for the murder of two elderly Roma women and the rape of two Bosniaks in the Srebrenica and Bratunac areas in 1992. The appeals chamber of the Bosnian state court on Wednesday confirmed the verdict sentencing Sasa Cvetkovic to 12 years in prison for killing two elderly Roma women in May 1992 and raping two Bosniaks, one of them a minor, in June 1992.

Bosnian Serb wartime fighter Sasa Cvetkovic appealed against his conviction for the murder of two elderly Roma women and the rape of two Bosniaks in the Srebrenica and Bratunac areas in 1992. Sasa Cvetkovic’s defence on Monday launched an appeal at the Bosnian state court against the verdict that convicted the wartime fighter of killing two elderly Roma women in May 1992 and raping two Bosniaks, one of them a minor, in June 1992.

Police arrested former Bosnian Serb Army soldier Tadi Mitrovic, who has been charged with committing a crime against a Bosniak civilian in the village of Glogova, near Bratunac, in 1992. State Investigation and Protection Agency police on Tuesday arrested Tadi Mitrovic, who is suspected of having committed a crime against humanity in Glogova on May 18, 1992.

Bosnian Serb wartime fighter Sasa Cvetkovic was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the murder of two elderly Roma women and the rape of two Bosniaks in the Srebrenica and Bratunac areas in 1992. The state court in Sarajevo on Friday found Sasa Cvetkovic guilty in a first-instance verdict of the murder of two elderly Roma civilians in the village of Kolonija, near Srebrenica, and the rape of two women in Bratunac, in June 1992.

In closing statements, former Bosnian Serb fighter Sasa Cvetkovic’s defence called for him to be acquitted of murdering two Roma women and raping two Bosniaks in the Srebrenica and Bratunac areas in 1992. Sasa Cvetkovic’s defence on Monday called for the former fighter to be cleared of killing two female Roma civilians in Sase in the Srebrenica municipality in May 1992 and raping two women in Bratunac in June the same year.

In closing statements at the trial of former Bosnian Serb fighter Sasa Cvetkovic, the Bosnian prosecution called for the defendant to be convicted of murder and rape in the Srebrenica and Bratunac areas in 1992. The prosecution urged the Bosnian state court in Sarajevo on Wednesday to convict Bosnian Serb ex-fighter Sasa Cvetkovic of killing two Roma civilians in Sase in the Srebrenica municipality in May 1992 and raping two women in Bratunac in June the same year.
