The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on the Court to pronounce a long-term imprisonment sentence against Krsto Savic for persecution of the Bosniak and Croat population in Gacko, Bileca, Nevesinje and Kalinovik area.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has terminated the criminal proceedings against Milko Mucibabic, former member of the Public Safety Station in Nevesinje, because he has died in hospital.

The State Court has separated the cases against Krsto Savic and Milko Mucibabic due to the second indictee's illness and the fact he cannot attend the trial.
