Testifying at the trial for crimes committed in Cajnice, a State Prosecution witness says that indictees Milun Kornjaca and Milorad Zivkovic were responsible for capturing Bosniaks, adding that Dusko Tadic participated in the murder of her son in Mostina.


14. February 2011.
Testifying at the trial for crimes committed in Cajnice, a protected Prosecution witness says he heard that indictee Dusko Tadic participated in the murder of Bosniak detainees in the hunters' house in Mostina in May 1992. The State Prosecution witness, who testified under the pseudonym M2, said he left Cajnice in mid April 1992 and went to Gorazde, where people “talked” about the murder of civilians in Mostina.


10. January 2011.
A former President of the Party of Democratic Action in Cajnice municipality testifies at the beginning of the trial of Milorad Zivkovic and Dusko Tadic, saying he heard they participated in crimes against civilians committed in that town.

11. October 2010.
At a pre-trial status conference in the case of three indictees charged with crimes committed in Cajnice, the Trial Chamber announced that the case against Milun Kornjaca might be separated from the case against Milorad Zivkovic and Dusko Tadic.

The beginning of the trial of three indictees charged with crimes committed in the Cajnice area has been postponed because additional medical examinations must be undertaken in order to determine whether indictee Milun Kornjaca is capable of following the trial proceedings.
