A protected witness of The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina gave her statement without the presence of the public in the trial of Jasko Gazdic, indicted for crimes in Foca.
At the beginning of the trial for crimes in the Foca area, the State Prosecution says that it will convince the Trial Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina that Jasko Gazdic committed crimes against civilians in 1992 and 1993, while the Defence says that the indictee is innocent.
Jasko Gazdic pleaded not guilty before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for crimes committed on the territory of municipality of Foca in 1992 and 1993.
"I plead not guilty on all counts of the charges against me," said the defendant Gazdic before the judge about the hearing that preceded it.
The State Court on Friday ordered a two-month extension of custody for Jasko Gazdic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is suspected of crimes committed in Foca.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has requested a two-month custody extension for Jasko Gazdic, who is suspected of war crimes against the civilian population committed in the Foca area.
