The Appellate Chamber confirms a first instance verdict, under which Jasko Gazdic was sentenced to 17 years in prison for crimes in Foca, rejecting appeals filed by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Defence and indictee Jasko Gazdic.

Ex-fighter Jasko Gazdic appealed against his 17-year jailing for wartime rapes in Foca in 1992 and 1993, arguing he has never touched a woman, while the prosecution demanded a longer sentence.
