The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment against seven former members of the Bosnian Serb Army, VRS, who are suspected of persecution and murder of at least 48 Bosniaks committed in the village of Jusici, near Zvornik, during 1992.
The defendants include Pero Radic, also known as Jarac [he-goat], Bozo Vidovic, Petko Tomic, alias Gavran and Crni Gavran [raven and black raven], Branko Studen, Dusan Spasojevic, known as Sifra [passcode], Vlado Ristanovic, alias Tosanov, and Milan Mijic, also known as Miso.
