After a trial that has lasted one year, the Bosnian state court will issue a verdict in the Petar Kovacevic case. Kovacevic has been charged with war crimes in the Visegrad area.
The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina repealed the verdict in the Ilija Pavic case and ordered a retrial. Pavic was sentenced to three years in prison for war crimes in Livno.

A prosecution witness and former high official of the Bosnian Serb Army testified at the trial of five former members of Bosnian Serb police forces charged with genocide in Srebrenica. He said he was ordered to mobilize fifty buses on July 11, 1995, and said the buses were sent to the Bratunac stadium.
