Trial chamber associates said earlier to the defence attorney Fadil Abaz to inform Macic about the date of the trial but he said he forgot to do that.

Since the witness came from Bjelasnica, the court paid for the taxi, and the trial chamber postponed the hearing, and the expenses should be covered by the defence attorney.

Macic, a former member of Bosnian Army, is charged with participating in the torture and sexual abuse of prisoners held at the primary school from April until October 1993.

The next hearing is scheduled for October 2.
