A State Prosecutions expert witness concludes that indictee Zulfikar Alispago, former Commander of the Zulfikar Squad with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, must have been aware of the activities by his subordinates in Trusina village, near Konjic on April 16, 1993, when crimes were committed.

Zulfikar Alispago, who is charged with crimes in Trusina village, near Konjic in 1993, has been released to liberty on bail, after having offered more than half a million KM as a guarantee that he would appear in court.

The trial for crimes committed in Trusina village, near Konjic, has been postponed for several weeks because indictee Zulfikar Alispago is not capable of following the trial at this moment.

Accepting the State Prosecution's motion, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina orders one-month custody of the suspect accused of crimes committed in Trusina village in Konjic municipality in April 1993.
The custody order was made on the grounds that circumstances suggest that suspect Zulfikar Alispago might try to flee or that he might try to influence witnesses or accomplices if at liberty.
