“In his capacity as member of the headquarters of the Territorial Defence in Srpsko Gorazde, Mutlak committed the rape and sexual abuse of a Bosniak woman, using force and death threats against the victim, on May 25, 1992, which left severe and permanent physical and mental consequences for the victim,” the prosecution’s indictment alleges.

The village of Srpsko Gorazde’s name was changed to Novo Gorazde after the war.

The indictment has been filed to the state court for confirmation.
