Popovic Verdict Postponed Until April 30
The verdict in the Goran Popovic trial has been postponed until Thursday, April 30. Popovic has been charged with war crimes in the municipality of Visegrad.

The Bosnian state court that the verdict, which was initially scheduled for Friday, April 24, was postponed due to “procedural reasons.”
Popovic, a former guard at the Uzamnica detention camp, has been charged with the assault, torture and sexual abuse of Bosniak prisoners from May 1992 until the end of 1993. He also allegedly forced prisoners to sing Chetnik songs and eat pork.
