According to the charges, Goran Sovilj (also known as Gogo), and Petar Galic (also known as Pero), former members of the Bosnian Serb Army, killed a victim known as H.M. in front of a cafe on May 31, 1992.
The Una-Sana canton prosecution alleges that the defendants went to H.M.s house, in the basement of which the cafe was located. They forced H.M. to serve them alcohol. The indictment alleges that the defendants removed H.M. from the premises and killed him with automatic weapons.
Sovilj and Galic are defending themselves at liberty. They are expected to enter their plea in the upcoming period.
