According to the indictment, Maksimovic, a former member of Bosnian Serb Army, took three people out of group of detained Bosniak civilians in the village Repovac on May 9, 1992, and killed them. Maksimovic allegedly acted in collaboration with several other soldiers.

The state prosecution also charges Maksimovic with killing a Bosniak civilian in the village of Glogova on the same day.

Maksimovic is charged with detaining a woman who he repeatedly raped after threatening to shoot her.

The state prosecution said that it would take the next steps to forward the case to the Serbian judiciary, since Maksimovic is a Serbian citizen.

The indictment has been forwarded to the state court for confirmation.
