They are charged with having participated, deliberately and significantly, in a joint criminal enterprise by civil and military authorities of Prijedor municipality as part of a widespread and systematic attack by the Army and police of the Serbian Republic of BiH from July 23 to 28, 1992.

“As a consequence of the joint criminal enterprise, at least 150 Bosniak civilians were killed in the Zecovi village area and 30 in detention camps in Prijedor municipality, while the remaining civilians were killed at other locations and under different circumstances after having been deported from Zecovi village,” the Bosnian State Court’s announcement says.

The Court announced that some counts in the indictment were rejected, but they were not able to specify which ones.

“You can get the answer at the beginning of the main trial, when the indictment will be read,” the Court of BiH said.

According to the confirmed indictment, Milunic was Commander of the Rasavacka Company of the 6th Battalion with the 43rd Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, Radomir Stojnic was Commander of the Reserve Police Station in Rasavci and Radovan Cetic was President of the Serbian Democratic Party and Crisis Committee in Rasavci village. The other indictees were members of the Rasavacka Company.

Rajko Grbic was originally one of the suspects in this case, but the Court of BiH refused to confirm the indictment against him.
