The State Prosecution is conducting an investigation against Milovanovic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, due to a suspicion that he raped a Croat woman in Sase village, Srebrenica municipality, in May 1992.

As alleged by the Prosecution, Milovanovic committed the rape while threatening the woman with a knife. After that he threatened the injured party by telling her that he would kill her if she told anyone about it.

Following the examination of the suspect, the Prosecutor will decide whether he will request custody or prohibiting measures against him.
